Hi, we have a unique two-bedroom flat in an amazing location with a small garden, pool and lovely furbabies to care for. Both cat and dog feed once a day at night. The cat sleeps during the day and night and may venture out after dark. The dog sleeps outside but is welcome to chill in front of the TV. Chickens, pick up eggs and feed them. Low-key girls, and feel free to use the eggs if anything. We have a private driveway for car access; upon negotiations, maybe borrow one of our private cars; drivers must be over 30 for insurance purposes. Our flat is low-key watering plants and looking after animals. The Body Corp maintains the main garden, and the back yard is concrete and astroturf. We are within walking distance of Woolies, Beaver brewery and Ruby G's bakery. Easy access to the bus stop, and if you wish to Uber, most drivers live in the area and are within 1 min of pick up. Neighbour is very safe, we have a small community that looks out for each other.

Wifi available, an open kitchen and laundry to access your needs, towels are provided for the bathroom, and access to the main TV and Ps4, if tech-savvy can connect to other devices. The usual stuff.
