We need a house sitter

North Coast - Tweed Coast

Heather

We live on 1.5 acres in Terranora and we are looking for someone to care for our cat Ginger and dog Luna. Luna does require someone who is strong and firm as she is a big and strong dog and does not always behave if she walks by another dog on a leash. But Luna is happy and loves to be around you. She loves going for long walks and needs to be walked every morning. Ginger usually spends his day outside and comes in for the night.

I would also need someone to mow the lawn weekly with a ride on mower. I have someone come and whipper snip so you don’t need to worry about that.

House sitting for Heather was great. Their house and gardens are beautiful, and the location is incredible (in the hills south of the Gold Coast, 15 mins from the beach). Heather was very communicative and trusting which made the experience stress free. Ginger, their cat, is affectionate and friendly and great for a cuddle in the evenings.
