Lovely free standing 4x2 in Butler. Close to the beach, public transport and restaurants. Needing someone to watch my Greyhound (large but friendly) and two easy going cats. The greyhound requires one walk a day, but is otherwise easy going.
House has internet, streaming services, gaming consoles and aircon. Only maintenance required is garden watering and placing the bins out.
