Required - House sitter in Strathfieldsaye (Regional Vic) over the Christmas/New Year period.
Lovely older style home on large corner block, ample parking for caravan/cars, situated in a quite part of town with local IGA a short drive/walk away and lovely walking paths throughout the suburb. Close proximity to Bendigo Town Centre and larger shopping centres approx. 1hr 30min to Melbourne.
4 Bedroom (with 2 king size beds set up) 2 bathroom home features ducted air conditioning throughout with split system in main bedroom. Large TV with access to multiple streaming services perfect for relaxing out of the heat. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and large undercover outdoor area with BBQ. Home gym and pilates studio with sauna. In ground plunge pool - which can be shut off if you do not want to use/ maintain this - will have pool maintenance technician out for this only thing required might be scooping leaves. Gardens will be fully tended to prior to departure so will need only small maintenance such as watering - possibility of some mowing if grass is growing quickly, however not essential.
Requiring to care for 1 White Shepheard, 1 St. Bernard and 2 rabbits. All very friendly and easy to care for. Dogs have free rein of home and garden - generally stay out of bedrooms. Rabbits have custom built outdoor run and indoor cage for any exceptionally warm days. Will required poop pick up daily, water to be changed daily and feeding once daily for rabbits and twice daily for dogs?
