House has high sped wifi, central heating/aircon, is clean, tidy and cozy 4bed/2 bath.

Very close to a lovely bakery and 2 minutes to border of Canberra, 15 minutes to Canberra airport which has everything including Woollies, GP, big w etc. We have lovely neighbours and beautiful manicured gardens. All our pets are placid and friendly.

Cuddly lap cat that will keep you company and a fluffy samoyed dog that is just adorable. Horses are safe and easy to manage.

No pets or kids to be brought onto the property due to the safety of our animals and neighbours sheep/cattle.

**Please note that large caravan access is not possible due to the narrow front gate and road** I can get my horse float in but nothing longer.

Indoor cat - fed morning/night 1 scoop, check/fill water bowl. Cat litter - flush poo in toilet using litter scoop 1x day

Dog fed at night 2 scoops. Check water.

Chickens - collect and eat eggs via nesting box easy access :) auto water/auto feeder/auto door

Horses visual check 2 x daily for illness/injury. Fill trough with hose next to it.
Piccolo (dark horse) tablet has a handfuls of pellets daily through the fence.
Daily hay and pellets, All of our systems are well set up and easy to use. No stable cleaning or hard labour.

Happy to provide references from previous sitters, we are looking for a clean, responsible single person or couple who love nature, animals and communicate well.
