Rapid Creek NT

We live in Rapid Creek, close to the Nightcliff foreshore, Nightcliff pool, Nightcliff markets (Sunday), Rapid Creek markets (Sat & Sun).
Also close to supermarket (Woolworths).
Quiet area across the road from primary school oval.
House with pool (top up required if it doesn't rain) and garden (reticulation system in place so will look after itself).
Main with ensuite, 2 x kid bedrooms, office/guest room. Spare bathroom and shower.
We have a pet bearded dragon who is quite tame. He needs feeding 5 days a week (chopped up beans 5 days, crickets dipped in calcium powder 2 days) and his terrarium needs cleaning (usually once a day). Water needs changing daily. UV lights and heat lamp are on a timer.
