We are looking for a mature, non-smoking couple to look after our home while we will be on holidays. The main requirement is care of our 4 year old Tenterfield terrier. The garden may require watering depending on the weather.

Potential housesitters must be confident to manage a small, enthusiastic dog and aware of the importance of ensuring that she remains in her restricted area and there is no opportunity for her to escape.

House features include - double-glazing, heat pump hot water, solar panels and battery which will cover most power requirements but still grid-connected.

The house is within walking distance of the main street (1.3km).

Please note that the property is not suitable for persons under under 18 years or for additional pets.
