House is a 14 yo neat and tidy 4 bed 2 bath in a nice quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to Sugarworld Shopping Centre with Coles hairdresser Fitness Centre, Domino's, cafe and lotto outlet (smoke shop)
Netflix, Stan, Prime, Disney and Kayo connected in lounge and media room.
Cats are inside/outside but need to be in at night. No litter trays so only need feeding morning and night as they are all seniors and have their routine down pat
Chickens are on automatic feeders and water dispenser so all that is needed is collection of the eggs, which you are welcome to eat.
Dog is mainly inside but loves playing fetch and sunning, toileting outside. Not a barker, only when someone is at the door, however he does suffer from separation anxiety, so long times alone won't work as he will howl which upsets the neighbours. Sleeping in the same room is also needed
