Northern Victoria - Shepparton & Central North

3 bedroom brick house . Native plant garden . Area is quiet , very close to supermarkets and shops
One small Maltese x West Highland terrier . Needs earlyish morning walk otherwise will use absorbent mat for toilet . These can be washed in machine

Cockatoo in large indoor cage needs food and water . Main need is company , regards herself as a person and talks a lot
House has excellent cooling and heating, ducted and reverse cycle
