Front residence of two units both owner occupied in a quiet leafy street in a central Ballarat location. Walking distance to Lake Wendouree, Ballarat train station, local buses, supermarkets, coffee shops and eateries.
NBN wifi, split system air conditioning and central heating. TV in the bedroom, kitchen and lounge. Indoor pool table. Outdoor seating and BBQ. Electric recliner couches in lounge and second living area. .
Two Cavoodles are fed twice per day. One has morning medication crushed/sprinkled over food. Affectionate and friendly. Maybe initially shy. They will share the king size bed with the sifter or cry until you relent. They have doggy doors so you will not need to let them in and out. They enjoy a walk but not necessary for short sits if you prefer not to.
Low maintenance garden. Watering of a few pot plants and occasional turn on garden bed watering system. No mowing required.
Off street parking for a car available. On street parking for another car or caravan available but my preference is for sitters to stay overnight in the house. The dogs will be fine alone if you wish to go out and enjoy historical and picturesque Ballarat and surrounds. Let me know if you’d like the use of a push-bike.
There is some flexibility to start your sit a few days earlier or stay later if you require as I can stay with my partner who lives locally.
