House is newly built 4 bedroom, fully air-conditioned and situated in a new area of Griffith which is very quiet and clean. A large, heated pool is also available and is self-cleaning. Griffith is a city of 25,000 people in the Riverina of NSW. It is famous for its wines and wineries.
Our dog, Harley is an 8 year old Cavoodle,. He loves his daily walk and loves attention but he is an in-side dog.
We have an automatic lawn-watering system but still require the plants and gardens to be hand-watered, inside and out.
