A nice sit in a new estate a few km out of Grafton. It is a very quiet area with only local traffic & rural views. Neighbours are friendly. Driveway parking available. The home has all modern conveniences. Homeowners are really nice & were contactable throughout the sit. I was responsible for a big gentle well trained Groodle. His tail was always wagging.
