Summary: This is a four bedroom, 2 bathroom off-grid home, set on 250 acres of bush regeneration land.

It has a 15m/ 3m lap pool, his and hers offices, fully reliable internet, cabin with art studio, dam for canoeing and tracks for walking. 2 low maintenance outside dogs, 1 inside cat, and a number of hens. This would suit a couple, or a family with teenage+ older children.

In more detail:
Pet Care: x 2 Dogs who live outside, one "Barney" is old, deaf and a little blind but pretty easy going (loves a tummy scratch), the other, Dusty, is 7 and would love a daily walk/run through the bush.

We have an inside cat, "Roar", and 9 or so chooks who require daily feed and water.

The garden will require some water, depending on the season.

The house is on 250 acres of bush regeneration, and you are welcome to explore our land, have picnics (no fires), and canoe on the dam.

Town (Yass) is around 40 minutes drive away - and that is your closest milk and bread. It is completely off grid living, but we have plenty of water, electricity etc. Satellite wifi is 100% reliable.

There are x 4 bedrooms (x 3 doubles, x king). Large working office space, library. x 2 tele areas. One art studio you are welcome to use.

The pool has not yet been fenced, so no children under the age of around 12 would be appropriate and all people staying/visiting would need to be capable swimmers. Anyone from around 12 upwards would be able to stand in the pool, it is one standard depth.

Some pool care will be required.

Checking some automatic settings would be required (such as sprinklers, and the pool filter).

The house is not entirely finished in terms of the build, so expect some quirk!

This is off-grid living and not for everyone, as the driveway is 4km of dirt road, with a few gates to get through. You would need to have your own car, and for it to have good clearance off the ground (SUV or equivalent).

We would be looking for people who have a deep respect for country and its wildlife.
