My little renovated 4 bedroom 1 bathroom cane cutter house is perfect for everyone! It has wheelchair access and safety rails in the bathroom. It located just 1 minute from Eton which has a wonderful old fashioned pub. It is only 10 minutes from Kinchant Dam. It approximately 20 minutes from Mackay and only 10 minutes from Marian or Walkerston. The house is located on a half an acre block with lovely big trees and a wonderful outdoor area. There fans throughout and aircon in the bedrooms. I'm looking for a wonderful person or couple to stay here at the house and look after my 3 dogs. I have a cattle dog/border, a very old affectionate American staffy and a jack russel. They will requiring company and play and feeding daily. If you would like to take them for a gentle walk, you are quite welcome. There is also 10 chooks and 1 rooster who will provide you with endless enjoyment and yummy fresh eggs. They will require daily feeding and letting out and locking up at the end of the day. I have a little garden and some plants that will require watering every second day. It's a quiet and safe neighbourhood.
