Yarranbella NSW

We have a modern 5 bedroom house situated on 17 acres of open paddocks with a sprinkle of trees. There is a beautiful river nearby (walking distance) where we often swim in the summer months. We are approximately 20mins out of Macksville, and half an hour from several gorgeous beaches that are great for swimming and surfing. We have two dogs (Kelpie X 4yrs old and Dalmatian 3 yrs old). The Dalmatian is on a special diet, and requires one tablet every night at meal time. We have two Cornish Rex cats 9 yrs old and 10 yrs old. They like lots of cuddles, but no special requirements. And, finally we have a 20 yr old peach face parrot. No special requirements for him either.
