Cardwell QLD

Hi. Our names are Graham and Angela we are going on holiday and are looking for someone to care for our property of 3 acres and our 2 year old American Staffy called Dougie, Also a Jack Russell called Vader. If interested please message to find out more info. Cheers Angie

We live in Cardwell which is in North Queensland 2 hours north of Townsville and 2 and a half hours south of Cairns. It is a small seaside place with a Bank and ATM's, a Chemist, Butcher, 3 Service Stations, a pub, swimming complex and an IGA. The town also has a few cafes, takeaways and a couple of Restaurants. The IGA Supermarket is small but adequate and a big shop can be done in either Ingham which has a Cole’s and Woolworths which is 40 mins away. Cardwell has a lot of community things to do and has various sporting activities as well. There is a golf course and sports club which has barefoot bowls on a Friday night . Also a small RSL club where they play cards ,Bolivia and Marjong. A pool which has aqua aerobics 3 times a week. And the magnificant Hinchinbrook Island.

Our property has 3 Acres
The house is a 2 bedroom house with a detatched granny flat which has town water as well as tank water. Dougie is a big boy and loves cuddles he has a good nature and likes to show you things and play but because he is a big dog but trained and obediant, I take him for a walk just in the afternoon.
We walk the bush tracks within the ajacent bushland. Vader is my daughter’s dog and they have grown up together so they are best mates.
The property also has a 2 bay car port,
If you think you would enjoy staying on our small property and looking after our furbabys I look forward to hearing from you. Would prefer a couple without ani als as our property is not fenced.
