We need a house sitter

Central Coast - Rockhampton

5 bedroom house, 2-3 bedrooms will be made available to housesitter(s), on one acre (has timed watering system, but some minor watering may be needed). Wi-fi provided if needed. Ducted aircon, solar panels, laundry facilities. Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Local shops around 5 minutes away, 30 minutes to the beach.
One cat and one dog (beagle), both outside (cat in cattery), need feeding + water twice a day.
Mowing every two weeks (ride-on provided).
