Moss Vale NSW

Dear house sitters,
We are looking for someone to mind one large dog in our Moss Vale cottage while we are travelling in January.
Our house is old and in need of repair and continued renovations, so we cannot offer modern or luxurious living, however we do have fast wifi, a dishwasher, ducted aircon, a huge TV, Netflix and more, a nice renovated bathroom with bathtub, and garden views from all the windows.
We're close to the centre of town, walking distance to shops, library, aquatic centre, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
Bhaji is a rescue and we don't know his breed, but he potentially has labrador, husky, mastiff and shepherd. He can be a bit of a handful at first, but once he knows and respects you he is very sweet and will settle down. He is not yet great at walking well on lead, so we don't expect this to be a part of his routine while we are away, however he would love lots of outside play time with you.
The yard is very large with many established trees and lots of birdlife. We'd love it if you could us the ride-on to mow once or twice, and maybe water the herbs, but we don't expect anything other than that to be done outside.
