New home build in area visited by kangaroos, possums and multitude of birds. River to swim or fish in at end of road, approximately 200m.
One 10 y/o dog (thinks he is still 4) Loves you throwing the ball for him.
2 cats: 1 is 15 y/o, the other is 8 y/o. Younger one enjoys spending day outside in her cat run.
Rabbit is cute, fluffy, and not happy being picked up. easy to look after as he has his own enclosure. Loves treats.
Roses and pots can be watered twice a week, lawn once a week. Native garden only requires admiring.
Nice neighbours, will help with any info needed.
This is a good location to stop if travelling around, few wineries, heritage places and Mandurah Giants nearby.
