Free standing House in quiet suburb Newington near Olympic Park. Transport Available: Buses run to Parramatta and Burwood (through to Wharf and Sydney Olympic Park), Parking Available: driveway.
Renovated Bathroom with rain shower head, aircon in bedroom and TV can be added if needed, queen size bed.
Big kitchen with all the bells and whistles (smeg oven, coffee machine, filtered water, double size fridge, air fryer).
Ducted air-conditioning throughout, loungeroom has an 85 inch brand new TV and all the streaming services (netflix, stan, prime, Disney, etc).
Beautiful area for some peace and quiet, although plenty to do. Shops within walking distance, bush and river walks surround our house, easy walk to the stadium and event area if you wish to attend any whilst staying at our place.

We have a beautiful cat named Buddy who is an indoor outdoor kitty and loves having someone to come home to. He loves his food (eats usually 3 times a day) and is pretty affectionate with the right person. He can be a bit scared of loud noises, kids, dogs, and workers with big boots so unfortunately no families or other house sitters with other pets.
He is 3 years old and does love a play but also is pretty relaxed and loves to sleep on the lounge. Buddy has a tracker on 24/7 which will need to get charged every few days, and access to the app to see where he is will be given to you.

Our house has a back yard with a garden and some pot plants both inside and outside which will need to be watered, however mowing will not be required (we will make sure it is mowed before we leave).

Preferably someone that loves cats who understands their needs would be great.
