Holt ACT

The stay period will cover Christmas and new years, so please feel free to host family and friends for gatherings at ours, as long as there isn't any loud noise/parties and as long as the place is left in the condition it was received in.

Our townhouse in Holt is a one bedroom (queen bed), one bathroom, and one study which has a pull out bed. Has a lovely backyard too. Plenty of street parking as well as a garage for convenient entry.

Low maintenance pet care required:
1. Make sure they have enough hay in their hutch/litter box.
2. Pellets once a day (preferably evening/night)
3. Fill water bottle every 2-3 days
4. Litter box needs to be emptied and refreshed mid-week (only one time during stay)

We usually allow them free roam in living room + kitchen. At night, we keep them in the kitchen. Rest of the house is out of bounds since they might chew wires (though, unlikely)

Garden care required: Not required, but feel free to if you feel like! We'd of course prefer if someone deweeds and prunes trees - but definitely not a requirement.
