The house is comfortable with good facilities - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, good heating, gas, good electric oven, BBQ, excellent wifi, many streaming services. The are 2 large dogs, Lucy a 3 yr old bull arab, and Monty a 10 mth old bull arab. Monty is wary of men and is in training. Both dogs need experienced dog people, preferrably female. The dog will require walks. They have doggy friends in the area they will have prearranged playdates with. A gardener will come fortnightly and a cleaner weekly. Watering the garden when hot would be appreciated. The house is located close to national park and great bushwalking areas. The town is about 4kms away. There is a bus once an hour 6 days a week. Having a car here is handy. It is quietenvironment with excellent neighbours. There are two large living areas, one I use as an art studio.
The dogs will have all food provided. Monty is currently on medication which he has once a day in the morning.
