4 bed brick and tile in North Harbour Estate, Burpengary East. Cafe is a few minutes walk, IGA, 7/11, take-away and specially shops 5min drive. Access to Bruce highway is 5min drive. Quiet street with a magpie choir.
I have a small outdoor dog that doesn't require walking (although she enjoys it), but will require some company and ball throwing in the backyard. Poop pickup regularly. Fed twice a day.
The bird is in a large cage on the back patio. She requires fresh food and water daily, plus some conversation and a head scratch.
There are outdoor plants to water daily, and indoor plants twice a week.
