House & Local Area

- We are located a short 10 minute walk to the nearest train station along with a supermarket/convenience stores etc
- 20-30min train ride into the city
- Easy access to main roads within sydney

Pet Care

- 1 Pomeranian & 1 Miniature Poodle (Both indoor dogs)
- 8 Aviary Birds that require minimal care (Food & Water during this period). They do not come out of their cages and a fed through feeders (so you will not need to access the aviary)

Garden Care
- Lawn only. And occasional watering of a few plants outside
