Very quiet rural spot 20 mins from Gatton and 35 mins from Toowoomba. Very comfortable house. Stand alone solar system, two very energetic and very sweet jack russell dogs who need walking around the property twice a day, monitoring during the day or kept indoors, as we have no dog proof fencing. Some free-range chickens, and 6 cows who need to have water and general check daily (e.g. while walking the dogs). Mowing around the house and some watering if there's no rain will be required. Own dog(s) OK if they are indoor dogs and guaranteed to behave safely around free-range chickens.
