Hey there. We have a secure 3br home featuring modern appliances, ducted heating and airconditioning, a solar heated swimming pool, undercover alfresco area, and backyard sitting area. It's located in a quiet area of the township, within walking distance to main street, shops, rose gardens, bowls club, street art, cafe's and lake walking track.

Looking for trustworthy individuals or couples to stay in the guest bedroom and look after our two super cuddly pet dogs... a 9 year old female Cocker Spaniel x Cavalier and a 3 year old male Mini Daschund x Border Collie (yes, I know - very unique LOL) who makes us laugh every day. They love their walks, cuddles on the couch (and in bed in the morning if you wish), and have a doggy door to let them in and out of the house freely.

Although this house sit is over New Years Eve, we have mostly elderly neighbours either side and to the rear and no neighbours at the front, so it should be reasonably quiet if you don’t want to stay up to see the New Year in.
