Penguin TAS

Enjoy views of the coastline from our house and garden in the touristy little town of Penguin. Less than 10 minutes stroll down to be at the beach and 5 minutes more to be in the heart of town at the cafe's and shops by the main beach.
Taity, our 3 year old tabby cat will be grateful for wand play with you once per day and may sit on your lap of an evening. She has 2 litter trays that require checking daily and has 4 feeds per day. We do have timed feeders that allow for day trips.
The house has 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. 2 bathrooms. Spacious living areas and outdoor dining options. Upstairs deck. Back verandah with egg chair to relax or read in. Plenty of off street parking.
Garden care: water pots on deck when you notice them starting to droop. Water small vegetable garden bed.
Fishing rods available for those who are into fishing.
