One renovated 1960s duplex and Lily, a Bengal cat to keep you company in a warm and sunny little 3 bedroom house with some great coffee.
Lily is super easy and keen t0 talk once comfortable. She will chat to you and let you know how her day has been; food bowls toped up, wet food at night, she protects the yard during the day and likes to snuggle at night in the house.
Close proximity to transport and local shops.
North facing courtyard style garden and deck to enjoy.
House is well heated and cooled.
Happy to be a little flexible on dates
We had a wonderful time at Graham's place. The house is comfortable, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Taking care of Lily was a pleasure. Communication with Graham was excellent—he was responsive and available whenever needed. We’re looking forward to the next time we get to watch over Lily!
I recently had the pleasure of housesitting for Graham in Hughes, ACT. The house is cozy, warm, sunny, even in mid-winter, and easy to care for, with just a few indoor plants to water and general tidying up after oneself. Lilly, Graham's cat, is gentle but understandably shy around strangers. I didn't fuss, instead taking opportunities here and there to reassure her with pats and tickles around the ears, which helped her warm to me over time.
