Morningside QLD

I live in a 3 bedroom Queenslander near Hawthorne Park in Morningside. One of the rooms has been converted to a home gym, the other room is basically a pantry for the kitchen, and then there is the master bedroom. There is a rear deck and garden and the property is fully fenced. It's about a 15 minute drive into the city, the house is close to Morningside train station, maybe a 5 minute walk, and Hawthorne ferry terminal is a 5 minute drive. It is a quiet area close to both Hawthorne and Bulimba where there are lots of cafes' and restaurants.

I will be away from 17th December to the 21st in January travelling in Europe. Unfortunately, i need to leave behind my little dog Margaret and my cat Kevin. Margaret is 8 years old, Kevin is 9 years old. They have lived together their whole lives and get along well. Kevin is outside during the day and inside at night after he's fed. Margaret would need walking at least once a day. She is very cute but needs a bit of attention and love so hoping to find someone who would value spending the time house sitting but also spending time with Margaret. Kev is a big boy and will look after himself for the most part, as long as he's fed and can spend his days relaxing on the deck he's happy. Both of them do currently sleep on the bed too.

Minimal plant care, just a few around the house to keep alive. Otherwise, you would be free to make yourself at home and live out of the property for 5 weeks.
