- a two storey house with a pool and a small yard in a quiet cul-de-sac
- a 7 year old medium size Cavoodle that is placid but does require a walk each day. He sleeps inside and is fine to be left alone during the day but not overnight.
- Our home is near bus transportation or a small drive to train stations.
- We have wonderful neighbours and are located in a safe area.
- Watering plants and mowing a small front yard lawn with an electric mower.
- We are a 1 kilometre walk to Downfall Creek Reserve which has a walkway to Chermside shopping centre, an off leash dog park and bike/walk track.
