We need a house sitter

We have 1.75 acres and a swimming pool. The pool will require some attention, eg chlorine and skimming etc. The small orchard will require some watering and the ride-on mower will need to be used. Otherwise, relatively low maintenance. Small town 40 minutes to Wagga Wagga.
