We have a sun-filled house on a large block which is mostly bushland. Some watering of garden beds near the house and a vegetable garden is required. The house has 3 bedrooms, one living area, and one bathroom and is a 5 minute drive to the beach at Tathra. We hav a 3 year old Bordoodle (Border Collie x Poodle) who is a lively middle-sized dog, who will need walking and feeding. She is playful and very friendly, but does jump up onto people when excited. The house is low-maintenance and all on one level, the driveway is relatively steep as we live on a small hill, and curved and unsealed. Access is fine with a 2WD car but could be difficult with a caravan. There is undercover car parking.
