An apartment right in the CBD (Location west melbourne) but adjoining Latrobe Street (within the free tram zone).

You will have access to the comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and toilet as well as all the other common areas of the home e.g. living dining kitchen etc. The place comes with unlimited cable internet access including Netflix, and a lovely North West facing living area with plenty of light. There is a balcony with a dog door.

*The study and master bedroom will not be accessible.

I would prefer a mature person / couple. Non smoker who is responsible, neat and tidy with good references and are animal lovers.

If this sounds like you, I would love for you to help look after our two small dogs who will need at least a walk a day and lots of cuddles. I also have some indoor /outdoor plants that will need watering and their potty grass patch on the balcony that needs some daily maintenance.

The apartment is across the road from Flagstaff gardens and the Queen Victoria Market where the dogs can be walked and within the free tram zone in Melbourne CBD and close to a couple of train stations. You can walk pretty much anywhere into the city. Unfortunately there is no car parking space available but if you do need a car park and you are a suitable sitter I can try and see if I can arrange something for my car.
