Comfortable unit in quiet area next door to public park. Lots of bird life and trees. Situated 3kms to the Rockingham Foreshore, Safety Bay beach front and close to Penguin Island. Close to main shopping centres, train station, pub and tavern. We have 2x male cats and one male Maltese X dog to be fed twice daily and cleaning of litter trays and picking up after dog has toileted. All very friendly and loving. Sunny the dog can only do short walks once around the oval but not essential every day. Above ground outdoor Spa available for your use. Depending on the weather some flower pots may need watering as the rest of the garden is off reticulation. We need one week in November with a further opportunity for a week to 10 days in February 2025.
