4 bedroom 1 bathroom - main bedroom king bed spare room double bed and one room set up for baby with cot.
We have a great backyard and a pool that requires no care from you as it has a pump and automatic cleaner.
No cameras in the house. Solid eufy front door security system.
Great location just a 10 minute walk to phoenix shopping centre, less than 10 minutes to beach and Fremantle.

We have two cats and 1 dog.
The cats are indoor cats only, they have automatic feeders however they just need to be separated when they go off as one looooves his food.
Dog needs to be fed once in the Arvo and a walk at least every second day would be fantastic, he is quite energetic, throwing the ball in the backyard helps release that energy, he also loves to snuggle on the couch with or without you and chill throughout the day. He does sleep either on the couch or in bed with us. He also barks at other dogs but is harmless
We have a veggie patch that would need to be watered however we have a reticulation system that will just need to be turned on so super easy!
