Charlestown NSW

We are looking for house and pet sitters for multiple upcoming dates, with the most recent being 25 Oct - 28 Oct, or 25 Oct - 1 Nov. Our Kelpie X will be here for the first few days, then we will pick him up to travel to our home town to see family.
We live in charlestown in walking distance to Charlestown Square shops and bus interchange. Our house has been recently renovated with a spare room for your stay.
Our 4 year old Kelpie X is friendly with people and kids, (we have a 2 year old) but selective with other dogs, so any dogs would require a meet and greet. he requires medication once per day, but it is super easy to give it to him.
We have 4 chickens, which only require checking their food and water every couple of days, as they have self-feeders.
