Located in Lake Cathie just 25 minutes from Port Macquarie. Close to beaches, walks, shops, cafe & restaurants. Brand new 4 bedroom house in a quiet area opposite a leafy area with an abundance of kangaroos.

We have 2 small dogs, Charlie and Arlo who love cuddles and walks on the beach. Easy to look after, are also happy just to be with company.

Low maintenance garden and room for a caravan.

We were delighted when Karen and Vern accepted our offer to sit there lovely new home at Lake Cathie. Charlie and Arlo the two little fur babies were so well behaved for us. We had so much fun with ball play and laps around the oval plus the odd cold dip in the ocean. They made our relaxing stay a truly memorable one. It was a joy to care for them and we would be back in a flash if suitable for all.
