Small house with three bedrooms. I am situated a short walk from the shops and the bowling club.
It is about 15min by car to Lithgow and 45min to Bathurst.
There is a train to Sydney from Lithgow.
Two older kelpies that need a short walk each few days. One dog requires medication of an evening.
Garden that doesn’t require any work.
