I have a small off-grid Straw-bale house located on 7 acres in a farming/bush community approximately half-way between Winchelsea(20Kms) and Anglesea (15kms). I am within 40 minutes commute to Geelong and am surrounded by loads of hiking and bike riding trails through the bush, all the way down to the coast. I have 2 well-behaved dogs, a 6yo JR terrier (Splash) and a 10yo Kelpie (Izzy) and a cat (Poppy)
