Situated in the original part of beautiful Mudgee town, close to the town centre, the house is a heritage listed 3 bedroom property with a newly renovated comfortable and warm living space with new kitchen and a magnificent wood burning heater. The dog is a 8 year old kelpie who is impeccably behaved and a true gentlemen. He loves attention, a game, frisbee fetching, a walk, visits to the dog park and socialising. He is an outside only dog and your dog is welcome as long as it remains strictly outside, is well behaved (wont dig up the garden or damage the small plants) so as to support our young garden. No pets inside.
This job is not suitable for someone who leaves the house most of the day. The dog needs to be sat during his peak awake time. Short absences are ok, a few hours at most.

Property is on a suburban block with a low maintenance garden with an automatic watering system. There are however pot plants that require hand watering as well as some areas of the garden. There is a magnificent outdoor terraced area, partially covered by a pergola with outdoor lounge chairs, outdoor eating and an inviting plunge pool that needs some modest maintenance (emptying skimmer box, scooping leaves).
