Balmain NSW

Hi, we live in an old 2-storey terrace house in Balmain, just a few minutes walk to the ferry, five minutes walk to cafes, shops and Woolies. It is a lovely, peaceful location. Our house has air-conditioning, a dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Please note it has a very steep, narrow staircase, so the ability to climb stairs is necessary.

We have two beautiful cats who need looking after, Buddy and Bella. We fostered them as rescue kittens and they are now 8-years old. Buddy is very timid with new people, but he is super affectionate and chatty once he trusts you (he also loves playtime). He would need a calm, gentle manner and a peaceful person/people to win him over. Bella (his sister) is more confident, carefree and adventurous. She is more independent, but will enjoy cuddles/pats on the lounge.

We have a small courtyard garden which would only require weekly watering (if it doesn't rain during the week). Thank you!
