My partner and I are looking for someone to house sit and look after our cat from 24 December 2024 to 14 January 2025 while we go on our honeymoon. We live in a two bedroom / two bathroom second floor apartment in Marrickville, literally steps away from public transport, cafes and shops. It’s a trendy & modern apartment with aircon, fast wifi, and a smart tv, plus many kitchen appliances like an espresso machine, airfryer, and nutribullet. There is also a north-facing balcony which is a lovely space to relax in.

We have a main bedroom plus a second bedroom which we use as a home office (with a desk and monitor set up), and you would be welcome to work from there. We have a two-year old rescue cat, Scout, who is very cute and friendly, loves giving nose bumps and snuggles! We’d be looking for someone to stay, look after Scout (feeding & litter box) and water the pot plants on my balcony about once a week.

Our place is best suited to a single or couple as there is only one bed. Ideally we'd like a cat lover as Scout is used to attention! If you'd like an inner west apartment stay over Christmas, please let me know!
