Cannon Hill QLD

We are located in Cannon Hill - very close the Cannon Hill Anglican College. Walking distance to local shops, coffee shops, parks, aquatic centre. If you have a car its a 5 minute drive to Oxford street in Bulimba and very easy to jump on the Gateway to head north or south.

The house is a 3x2 cottage with amenities for young children (2 to 5), and a professional setup for those working from home / remotely.

We have a very friendly dog (Luca) bull arab cross stag hound, cira 45kgs. Ideally walked around the block / 20 minutes in the morning and evening, he's otherwise a very low energy guy who will simply enjoy the company.

It should noted we are in the middle of building a pool and the back yard is a construction zone - happy to provide photos if any concerns. The front yard is small but not impacted.
