Nimbin NSW

We are looking for someone to enjoy our beautiful 15acre off-grid property, just outside Nimbin. We have a comfortable 2 bedroom house (each with Q bed) with a small plunge pool that is surrounded by lush forest.

We have a 2.5yr old medium size pup who is incredibly friendly and affectionate. She loves to be around people and will happily join you if you go for bushwalks around the property. She doesn't travel well in cars (gets incredibly car sick!) so she stays on the property and is happy to hang out on the deck with a bone if / when you go out or are away from the house.

We also have a 2yr old cat who likes sleeping and mostly does her own thing - she is very gentle and you really only hear from her when it's dinner time!

The chooks roam free during the day and just need to be shut up safely in their coop each evening.

Although our home is off-grid (not connected to mains power or water) it is comfortable- we have an excellent solar system and you will have enough power for everything you need during your stay (with a back up generator just in case!) + more than enough tank water.

We keep the grass short around the house and will cut everything back just before we go.

We are just 5min outside of Nimbin, so you can easily duck into town if you need supplies, but surrounded by rainforest so that you feel like it's a real retreat!

The stairs up to the attic bedroom are very steep (see picture) but there is a second bedroom on the ground floor of the house that opens out onto the lovely deck.

We are a young family and our home would suit a single, couple or small family.
