Our house is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 study / pet room. Combined kitchen / dining.
We have two low maintenance gardens.

Our pets are two 4.5 year old cats, Maggie and Gomez. They are fairly independent. We let them roam outside during the day but keep them inside at night.

We have about 10 indoor plants that require watering. The garden is low maintenance but during hot weather requires watering every second day.

LOCATION: we are within 10 mins walking distance of shops, public transport and Centennial Park. We are a 15 min drive or 30 minute bus to the local beaches, Coogee, Clovelly.
