We need a house sitter

we have a 5 bedoom 2 storey house!
upstairs is empty as our children have now flown the coop so to speak..
we have a skitzy 13 year old cat that demands his wet food at 5 pm everyday!
he has an automatic biscuit feeder set for 6am, 3pm, 7.30pm.
we would like the lawns mowed if possible, have mower and whipper snipper that will be provided, takes about 40 mins to mow the yard..
