We need a house sitter

North Coast - Northern Rivers

Our animals need Housesitters. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats in a 4 bedroom house on 16 acres. Would suit couple or pair. The 1920s wooden house, surrounded by balcony is 30 minutes away from Byron Bay and close to Federal in the hinterland. Non smokers only. Must love animals and care for 3 cats and 2 dogs. One cat is in a compound in the day and needs to be moved into the house at night. The other two cats stay in the house. The dogs stay on the balcony or in a compound and will need walking a few times a day. Will need own transport. There are two kilometres of dirt road. Bush and creek on property with many native animals. Would like to meet house sitters before stay if possible.

Deb and Simon have an amazing home nestled in the rainforest of the Northern Rivers. It was a pleasure to meet them and look after their place and pets. They made us so welcome and were excellent at communicating about everything. This is a wonderful housesit for someone looking for some peace and quiet. We would happily return anytime.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Debbie and Simon home which is set in bush and trees. Due to the surroundings there was a variety of birds and wildlife including echidna, kangaroos with joeys in pouch and goanna with young one. Foxie, Bruno, Boo, Suki and Lottie were easy to care for and enjoyable company. Instructions and communication etc were really good Thank you for letting us enjoy your home and pets, we really enjoyed our stay. Merry Christmas to you all and happy 2020.

Housesitting for Debbie and Simon was a very enjoyable experience at their idyllic hinterland property with their two dogs and three cats. Communication was clear and friendly at all times, and caring for these lovely animals was rewarding and fun.
 
JULIA & BARNABY (Aug 2019 - 2 days)
Debbie and Simon have a lovely home and gorgeous pets, and were easy to communicate with during our stay. Their cats and dogs all have unique personalities and we enjoyed getting to spend time with all of them. Deb and Simon provided clear instructions on their pets requirements, and all food needed for the duration of the stay. Rosebank is in a lovely part of the world and we really enjoyed exploring the area. We would happily house and petsit for them again. :)
