2 bedroom townhouse in Footscray, a few minutes walk from West Footscray train station.
There is a 1 year old indoor kitty named Binx who requires food, cuddles, brushes and a daily litter box scoop. I have plants as well but I’ll make sure they’re watered before I leave, so just keep an eye on them and water if it's super hot.
One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other room is an office with a comfy pull out sofa bed, so you can work from home AND have a guest stay the night! The upstairs living area has lots of natural light with protection from the Summer sun and I have lots of books and a few board and card games as well as a pretty fun VHS collection.

Amenities: Washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, split system upstairs and panel heaters and ceiling fans in the bedrooms downstairs, Wifi, access to multiple streaming services through Chromecast.

About Binx: Binx is a Siberian Forest Cat so is low allergy and extremely fluffy. He loves head scritches and playing fetch at bed time with his little yellow fluffy ball (if we can find it) or his little springs. He's cautious of new people at first but after he's done his kitty evaluation he loves to come and demand cuddles and kisses. He is also very fluffy and requires a daily 'brush'. Sometimes he's not too into it but on the days when he's not having a bar of it I usually just brush as much of him as I can. He's not aggressive, he just wriggles and likes to play with the brush.
