We would like someone to house sit for us on the Gold Coast hinterland.
Easy care house, easy care pets, although Jemima is now very old. House is all tiles, modern, air-con/heating, secure garage, very private cul-de-sac, lots of garden, including organic vegetables - front deck and back pergola for relaxing - backs onto park, with gate out to park. 20-25 minutes by car to Burleigh, 10 minutes to Robina Town Centre, 10 minutes to Robina Train Station, bus 200 metres - 3 minutes to local shops including some great restaurants and hotels, access to Springbrook, and O'Reilly's.
Need to feed, and love, medicate and take special care of Jemima, a 16 year old black Spoodle, and feed, love and walk Angela, a 6 year old Cavoodle, feed Elsie and Amber, 6 year old cats and feed the budgies and chooks
You need to be prepared to water the garden properly, not just wave a hose vaguely at it. Help yourself to herbs and any veggies.
What a wonderful family of furry and feathered friends! Beautiful house and garden in a quiet location. Jan was welcoming, friendly and organised, and always responds to any questions quickly. The pets were just the sweetest things ever; I enjoyed the never-ending snuggles 🐶🐯🐶🐯

Lovely housesit, so nice having fresh eggs for breakfast. All the animals were lovely, but I really love Jemima's lovely gentle nature. Fabulous garden, such a self-sufficient backyard - inspiring!
Jan communicated everything very well and clearly. Left details notes for the multiple animals which made caring for the home and pets a breeze. Everyone was loving and we really loved the bed! It was a very inviting home that helped us relax right into it.
Jan and her Husband were lovely people. I enjoyed feeding the chooks and collecting the eggs everyday. I got 7 eggs in 3 days which was fun! There are alot of animals to feed at this house sit so def one for the farm people and animal lovers. The house was very clean and tidy.
I have really enjoyed my stay here, this home is very comfortable, quiet and in a great location and Jan and Dave have been so hospitable. Jemima and Angela are a delight, affectionate and so easy to look after as are Elsie and Amber. The chooks were laying eggs and the buddies are all having babies and a flourishing garden. I have been here for three weeks and it's felt like home. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a holiday or even just a break.
This was a comfortable house to sit and care for Jemima, Angela, Elsie and Amber as well as the chooks and birds.
I enjoyed the time caring for all the extended family especially Queen Angela

Jan & Dave & their grandson.. and their adorable family! left a lasting impression on me. It was the week leading up to Christmas with my family and I honestly didn't want to leave! These are the kindest and most generous people you could meet - and their furr and feathered companions mean the world to them!

A well-positioned and well-appointed home with an abundance of fresh garden produce and eggs - you will find happiness here!
Jemima and Angela were delightful, such affectionate dogs who love cuddling up to you on the couch, so well behaved. Amber, Elsie and the chooks were very easy. The house was comfortable and Jan very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Clear instructions and easy to follow. You'll enjoy your time with these guys for sure!
A wonderful pleasant pet sit , both the dog and cat are very easy to look after. Lovely air conditioned comfort in all rooms and lounge . Full kitchen facilities and a great smoothie maker . Within 20min of beaches and Robina shops are 15min away . Very safe and secure. Highly recommend sit ....
We had a lovely stay at Jan's place. Such a great spot and a beautiful home. Our little one loved feeding the chooks , walking the dog and getting brief glimpses of the cat. Even the neighbours welcomed us and wanted to play. Thanks so much!
