My home is a townhouse less than 5yrs old, two levels with the living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs, I have a dedicated guest bedroom, NBN internet, cooling and heating in all rooms. Also has a private front and side yard space with deck. Only 550m walk from the Thomastown train station, which is a 25min train trip to popular High St Northcote/Thornbury or 45min train trip into the CBD, also located 20min drive from Melbourne Airport. You can easily get around by train or bus, however if you have your own car the M80 and Hume freeways are easily accessible.

Pets to care for during your stay include; 16yr old long hair Tortoiseshell cat who is slightly deaf and a 3yr old Indian Ringneck Parrot. Both need food and water each day, the cat does like pats and cuddles, the parrot is not very fond of strangers and should remain in his cage as he may not come back to you and you may just scare him. I have a list of clear pet care notes to help you with your stay.

I have a nice neat home with modern fittings, I am rather house proud and take good care of my items and home - I would love you to take good care of my pets, house, and household items.

I am a mid 30's administration professional, with an active lifestyle, I have a 10yro Dog (who stays at my Dads when I travel, so you will not have to include him in your sitting plans), 16yro Cat - Teek, and 3yro Parrot - Gonzo.
